Bear Witness Charity was born from a simple act of service and a deep desire to honor Christ.
Fifteen years ago, my wife and I began participating food drives in our community. Since then, we’ve donated over 1,200 pounds of food to local churches and families in need. Along the way, we’ve participated in 5Ks supporting causes like St. Jude, Wounded Warriors, breast cancer awareness, and other local efforts — always with a heart to help.
Now, we feel called to do more — not for recognition, but to shift the focus from ourselves to Christ. That’s why we started Bear Witness Charity: an informal, faith-driven effort to serve through food distribution, disaster relief, and volunteer-led events.
We support local churches and the community, and while we do not solicit donations, we occasionally accept informal support to help carry out our mission.
